Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate each patient's specific rehabilitation needs, taking into account their physical condition, environment, and personal goals.
• Develop and implement customized rehabilitation plans, utilizing advanced therapeutic modalities and interventions tailored to orthopedic recovery.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians and occupational therapists, to enhance the overall quality of patient care.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, ensuring accurate technique and consistent progress tracking, which may involve adapting routines based on patient feedback and progress.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
