Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

  • A true leader with the ability to help build a great team.
  • Hands-on, in-the-trenches management style
  • Huge passion for great food, great beverages, and great service
  • Minimum of 2 years of restaurant AGM experience
  • Strong knowledge of the P&L - ability to manage all cost areas
  • Fully responsible for all orders, inventories, training, and development
  • The ability to have fun at work and make work fun!!
