Overview Cath Lab Technologist travel assignment in Saint Helena, California. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,709–$2,798 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Contract length: 13 weeks Shift: 5x8 days Start date: 08/31/2026 Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital Responsibilities Aid physicians with invasive and non-invasive cardiovascular and pulmonary procedures; operate C-arm and related imaging/physiologic equipment; adjust technical factors as needed. Monitor patient vital signs during procedures; ensure radiation safety through collimation, shielding and proper immobilization. Maintain sterile technique and infection control; perform routine equipment checks and preventive maintenance; troubleshoot basic equipment issues. Record and review test results; maintain accurate documentation and patient records per protocol. Assist during administration of contrast media and during specialized procedures, collaborating with the cardiologist and radiologist. Requirements Education and experience: Associate’s Degree or equivalent; two years' recent field experience; one year of catheterization experience preferred. Licenses/Certifications: ARRT-R certification required; RT license in CA and HI required. Additional licenses: Current fluoroscopy license (CA) within 6 months of hire; BLS/CPR certification required. EMR: EPIC experience required. Additional: Current nursing license per the state of assignment.
