Which means we look for the very best employees.As the HR Assistant you are responsible for the application process writing job ads that will attract qualified applicants, following up on incomplete applications, and assigning applications to managers as they are received. In this positions you will also oversee employee files: maintaining the file room, filing documents, scanning old files. Other duties included processing term forms, following up on training and other items as needed.
