Success in this role means: Building a strong pipeline through networking, prospecting, referrals, and relationship development Becoming a trusted advisor to commercial property owners and facility managers Conducting roof assessments and identifying solutions that help customers protect their assets Presenting proposals and closing opportunities that create value for both the customer and the company Partnering with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through project completion What We're Looking For Proven sales experience with a passion for developing business and building relationships Commercial roofing experience preferred, but industry professionals looking to transition into sales are encouraged to apply Strong communication and presentation skills Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service About CFE, Inc.
