Full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - North Carolina

Job Description Job Description Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required. VocoVision is on the search for a experienced Speech Language Pathologist to work with a school district in North Carolina from the comfort of their own home! Job Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve students' speech and language skills. Provide therapy sessions via teletherapy platform, ensuring engagement and progress monitoring. Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication goals. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies and regulations. Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Valid state license or certification to practice as an SLP. Proven experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a remote setting. Proficient with teletherapy platforms and technology tools for virtual sessions. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively. Empathy and patience in supporting students with diverse needs. Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation. Flexibility to adapt therapy approaches to meet individual student needs.
