As a BDC SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, you are driven to ensure all client needs are handled in a timely and professional manner. You are friendly and have a passion for communication, organization, and delivering a seamless experience. You are a humbly confident teammate with an eagerness to learn and help your team grow.
As a BDC SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE with Autobahn, you will be responsible for:
- Providing introductory information to prospective and existing service clients
- Scheduling and confirming service appointments
- Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and service inquiries
- Determining the most effective way to address client needs and concerns
- Communicating with service advisors and internal teams to support workflow
- Tracking appointments and client interactions in CRM systems
- Escalating concerns when necessary to ensure timely resolution
Qualifications:
- Multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Patience, compassion and empathy
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record & valid driver's license
- Willing to submit and pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
