Overview G4GC is seeking a strategic and equity-driven Senior Director of Operations to lead and strengthen its internal infrastructure. Reporting to the Vice President, this role oversees the day-to-day operations and long-term systems that support G4GC’s people, programs, and partnerships. Responsibilities Oversee office management, events planning, compliance, technology, and administrative operations. Partner with senior leadership to shape the organization’s long-term strategy and develop a culture grounded in equity and care. Qualifications Experience leading operations in a similar role with a focus on internal infrastructure, people, programs, and partnerships.
