Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled, passionate, and client-focused Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our growing wellness team in Georgetown and Round Rock, TX. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing high-quality therapeutic bodywork and customizable sessions tailored to meet each client’s individual health and relaxation goals. Whether performing deep tissue, Swedish, or specialized pain management techniques, you will play a vital role in maintaining a peaceful, safe, and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Assessment & Customization: Conduct pre-session intake assessments to evaluate client needs, medical history, stress levels, or pain areas, developing tailored treatment plans.
• Bodywork Services: Deliver professional, consistent massage treatments utilizing a variety of modalities (e.g., Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal, Hot Stone, or Cupping).
• Client Retention & Recommendations: Educate clients on follow-up self-care strategies, home stretches, and recommended appointment intervals to encourage long-term wellness and repeat visits.
• Sanitation & Room Management: Prepare, sanitize, and maintain treatment rooms, linens, and equipment between sessions according to Texas state regulations and facility safety policies.
• Documentation & Administrative: Maintain clear, concise client notes (SOAP notes/intake records) and communicate session recommendations to front desk staff for seamless rebooking.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Licensure: Active Massage Therapist License in the State of Texas (TDLR compliant) in good standing.
• Education: Graduate of an accredited Massage Therapy program.
• Insurance: Active professional liability insurance coverage (e.g., AMTA, ABMP, or equivalent).
• Skills: Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and various massage modalities.
• Availability: Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical bodywork with proper body mechanics.

You must be experienced in massage and provide excellent customer service. You must be well-trained and highly experienced with various massage techniques. You must be experienced in all aspects of massage therapy and can provide treatment for all types of injuries, including those that are not visible. You must be able to follow instructions and all safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Assess clients needs and try to fulfill all their requests

Give massages according to the therapist's knowledge and ability

Develop relationship with clients and motivation them to use massage therapy services

Instruct clients about healthy-living practices

Offer treatments that can reduce pain, increase flexibility or boost body s function

Guide clients to choose treatments that fit in with their needs

Perform accurate treatment.

Ensure all treatments rooms are clean and neat

Skills

Proven experience as a Massage Therapist (1+ years preferred)

Excellent knowledge of massage techniques, pain relief and healthy-living principles

Working knowledge of safety procedures for massage therapists.

Valid license to practice massage therapy in Texas

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40 plus upgrades

Schedule:

open hours 9am - 9pm

Monday to Friday -NEEDING NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS

Weekends a MUST

Hours flexible
