Details Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting Caseload includes general outpatient patients, injured workers, and direct access cases Responsibilities span a broad range of outpatient PT services including work hardening, functional capacity evaluations (FCEs), post-offer employment testing (e.g., WorkSTEPS or APET), and ergonomic evaluations Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Requirements Active Arizona PT license required prior to start date; license must be in good standing (license required if applicable) Minimum 1 year of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting Current BLS certification required Familiarity with occupational health PT practices, including ACOMP systems and Return to Work program protocols, is beneficial Additional Information Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients per physician referral or direct access, supervising PTAs, and maintaining timely communication with referring physicians and rehab nurses Role involves performing work hardening evaluations, FCEs, ergonomic evaluations, and job analyses Candidate will supervise PT technicians in cleaning and organizational tasks and assist with scheduling and phone coverage as needed Expected to participate in business development activities and community outreach when patient load allows All time-off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration First-time travelers are welcome to apply American Traveler Job ID #P-706779.
