Job Description
Title: Charge RN - Med Surg

Schedule:
- Shift: 6p-6a
- Contract Length: 6 weeks (with potential extension up to 13 weeks)

Assignment Details:
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements:
- AHA BLS certification
- Active KS or multistate RN license
- Previous Med Surg experience
- Previous ER experience
- Experience in a Critical Access Hospital (CAH)
- Familiarity with CPSI-Evident EMR system

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee patient care within the Med Surg unit, ensuring high standards of nursing practice.
- Coordinate and manage nursing staff and resources on shift.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Provide support and guidance to nursing staff and assist with patient care as necessary.

Compliance / Notes:
- Any color scrubs may be worn.
- Local travelers accepted at the same rate.
- Housing available at a reduced rate if needed.
