Plastics Machine Operator- 2nd shift 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm

You’ll be the hands-on expert who sets the pace on the line—launching runs, tuning equipment, and confirming every part meets spec—so we deliver right the first time.We’re growing—multiple openings availableWhat You’ll DoPower up and set production equipment; confirm all machine set points match the job.Run and rotate across systems: extrusion blow molding, extrusion, injection blow molding, injection molding, labeling, pad printing, and silk-screening.Keep machines healthy: clean filters, perform minor maintenance, and monitor purges.Stage the correct sleeves, boxes, labels, and raw materials by verifying part numbers.Log M.O. Weight and Process Check Sheets and capture production/quality data (manual or with a data collector); properly close out runs.Check samples while the line is running; adjust process settings to meet specifications.Troubleshoot issues; document problems, causes, and fixes; escalate to maintenance when needed and restart after service.Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety and housekeeping policies.Coach and support other Technician Operators; provide break and lunch coverage.Pitch in on related duties and special projects.What You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent.Background operating plastic molding machines preferred.Understanding of plastics manufacturing processes and machinery.Mechanical aptitude; training with packaging, plastics, or printing equipment is beneficial.Able to read and interpret technical drawings.Manual dexterity, precision, and strong attention to detail.Thrive in a fast-moving production environment.Resourceful problem-solver with clear written and verbal communication.Perks & GrowthFull-time, direct hireCompetitive salary and benefitsReferral Bonus: up to $3000Professional development and advancement opportunitiesWork with a supportive, diverse team focused on customer success“Responsible for food safety, food quality and site safety.”Starting pay is $18/hr, with shift differential. #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
