Inventory Clerk, 2nd Shift (Monday - Friday) 2:00pm -10:30pm

Pay Rate & Schedule Pay Range: $21.00 – $22.50 per hour + $0.50 shift differential. Schedule: 2nd Shift (Mon‑Fri, 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm). What You’ll Do: Master of Organization: Organize, monitor, and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple locations, ensuring everything is in its rightful place. Cycle Count Expert: Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations for aisle, inbound, and outbound inventory, maintaining precise stock levels. Inventory Whisperer: Track and update product movement, identifying and correcting inventory discrepancies to ensure accuracy at all times. Root Cause Detective: Investigate recurring inventory issues and work to determine the root cause, helping prevent future discrepancies. Status Savvy: Properly manage inventory at varying status levels (e.g., on‑hand, on‑order, damaged) and ensure proper handling for each. Forklift Pro: Operate a Stand‑Up Forklift to assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and other warehouse tasks as needed. Collaborative Communicator: Work alongside customers, receiving, and sales teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure smooth operations. What We’re Looking For: Education: A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Attention to Detail: You can spot a missing item from a mile away and have the patience to handle even the most minor discrepancies. Tech‑Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Previous experience with AS400 and/or warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred. Problem‑Solving Skills: You possess critical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve work‑related issues effectively. Forklift Certified: You have experience operating a Stand‑Up Forklift. Ability to tackle additional tasks as they arise – if you’ve got the skills, we’ve got the challenge!
