Job Summary:
An Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) is needed for a healthcare facility located in Hilo, Hawaii. The position involves providing patient care in a fast-paced environment within a 28-bed department that includes trauma bays, behavioral health rooms, and cardiac monitor rooms. This role requires working night shifts on a schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week, following a brief orientation period.

Job Details:

• Location: Hilo, Hawaii
• Schedule: Nights, 3 twelve-hour shifts per week, totaling 36 hours weekly, following a 1-week orientation
• Required Qualifications: Hawaii state nursing license, CPR certification, current ER experience or relevant clinical experience, ability to start on 07/27/2026, and at least 1 year of nursing experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with trauma patients and cardiac monitoring preferred
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information:
  • The candidate must arrive the Thursday before the start date to attend the employee health appointment on Friday.
  • Candidates should only accept the start date if they are able to arrive on time for orientation.
  • The department is fast-paced with high patient turnover, requiring team-oriented skills and adaptability.
