Renewables EPC Counsel - Solar, Storage & Equipment Contracts

D.E. Shaw Renewable Investments, Inc.

DESRI, formally D. E. Shaw Renewable Investments, seeks a renewables EPC attorney to join its legal team. You'll draft and negotiate LNTP, pre-construction, and EPC contracts for wind, solar, and storage projects, providing cross-functional legal support across Development, Construction, Procurement, and Finance. You'll advise on Tariffs, trade, and regulatory issues, and structure protections against changes in law while serving as the primary legal contact for a defined set of projects.
