Senior Construction Contracts Counsel
Prime Data Centers
Prime Data Centers is seeking a Corporate Counsel, Construction, to lead drafting, negotiation, and risk management for its data center construction and development program. The role reports to the VP, Legal and collaborates with Construction, Design, and Procurement to keep projects moving. The ideal candidate has a J.D., 5+ years in construction/Procurement contracts, and strong knowledge of EPC/design-build frameworks, with excellent drafting and negotiation skills for fast-paced environments.
