Business Systems Analyst (Remote)

A Virginia-based financial services firm is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their growing team in a Remote capacity. About the Opportunity: Shift: Day shift Schedule: Monday to Friday Hours: Standard business Setting: Remote Responsibilities: Analyze business processes, systems, workflows, and data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners on solution design and implementation Develop and execute test cases, support UAT, track defects, and report testing results Perform root-cause analysis and recommend process, system, and control improvements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience Experience in business systems analysis, business analysis, process improvement, or a related field Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and functional specifications Experience with system testing, UAT, and defect management Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively with business, technical, and vendor teams Understanding of business processes, systems integration, and technology solutions Tandym Group
