Minimum Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Previous Human Resources experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Google Workspace.

Job Duties:

• Manage PolicyPro within Relias, including maintaining current policies and policy acknowledgments.
• Coordinate university affiliation and internship agreements and maintain required documentation.
• Complete employment verification requests.
• Assist with employee onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Assist with maintaining accurate employee records and information in HR systems.
• Assist with employee changes, HR documentation, letters, forms, and routine employee requests.
• Assist with annual and special HR projects, including evaluations, open enrollment, training initiatives, and employee communications.
• Provide backup support to other HR team members as needed.
• Assist the Chief Human Resources Officer with reports, audits, special projects, and other department needs.
• Perform other duties assigned.
