We are seeking a Transaction Manager to join our Brokerage team supporting a corporate client account. In this role, you will manage lease transactions while building client relationships and contributing to business growth. You will work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, partnering closely with a Senior Transaction Manager on complex deals while independently managing smaller transactions from start to finish. This high-volume, client-facing position operates in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Transaction Management & Execution

• Manage end-to-end lease transactions for a large corporate client portfolio, ensuring timely execution and compliance with client requirements
• Work independently on smaller transactions, taking full ownership from initial market analysis through lease execution and closeout
• Collaborate with Senior Transaction Manager on larger, more complex transactions, providing support and learning advanced deal strategies
• Handle high transaction volume while maintaining quality and accuracy across all deliverables
• Coordinate transaction timelines, critical dates, and milestone tracking to keep deals moving forward efficiently
• Complete analytical responsibilities throughout the deal process, including tour coordination, proposal analysis, and documentation
• Prepare and submit commission invoices and maintain accurate transaction records.

Client Relationship & Communication

• Provide regular transaction status updates to transaction team and clients via email, meetings, and conference calls
• Attend client meetings and calls to present transaction progress, market insights, and strategic recommendations
• Identify opportunities to enhance client transaction management processes and improve service delivery
• Represent the team professionally in client interactions for transactions under your direct management

Market Analysis & Advisory

• Research and evaluate real estate market data, property information, and competitive landscapes to inform transaction strategy
• Analyze companies, landlords, subtenants, and market conditions to support client decision-making
• Provide market context and advice to clients on lease transactions, helping them understand trends and opportunities

Broker & Team Coordination

• Select, engage, and manage co-brokers and market brokers as needed for lease transactions across multiple markets
• Partner with Senior Transaction Manager to learn best practices and advanced transaction management techniques

Documentation & Due Diligence

• Review lease documents, amendments, and related agreements to ensure accuracy and alignment with client objectives
• Prepare detailed lease summaries and abstracts as part of transaction due diligence processes
• Maintain organized transaction files and documentation for audit and compliance purposes
• Support lease administration activities including critical date tracking and lease obligation management
