• 1st Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM | Monday–Friday
• 2nd Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM | Monday–Friday
• 3rd Shift: 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM | Sunday–Thursday

A well-established company in Radcliff, KY, is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join its Packaging & Shipping team! In this role, you'll help prepare printed products for shipment by inspecting, sorting, labelling, and packaging customer orders. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and being part of a team, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Responsibilities :

 

• Package, sort, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Assemble boxes and pack customer orders accurately
• Inspect products and labels to ensure quality standards are met
• Read customer orders and verify correct products and quantities
• Label cartons and organize completed orders for shipping
• Stock and move products throughout the work area
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production and shipping goals

Qualifications and Requirements :

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 months of previous experience in a printing, warehouse, packaging, or distribution environment performing similar work
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 25 pounds
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work in a team environment
• Ability to work a full-time schedule
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening, including drug and background checks

The base salary range for this position is $13-14.50/hr, excluding benefits, bonuses or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
