As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to shoppers and staff. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, store associates, and shoppers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including customer concerns, medical events, and potential shoplifting-related activity. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail store, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, or hazards to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership. Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately while maintaining a professional presence in a retail environment. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
