Perform thorough nursing assessments, including physical and mental health evaluations. Document medication administration and nursing assessments accurately in adherencewithservice line standards. Conduct medication administration reviews and collaborate on medication management for housing clients. Communicate effectively with clientsregardingtheir medication needs and requests. Verify client data and medical history, ensuring all preliminary requirements are obtained. Complete required documentationtimely,facilitatingeffective client care and safety plans. Serve as a resource for nursing and medical issues, managing infectious disease control and hygiene practices. Participatein required meetings and perform related duties as assigned by nursing leadership. Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice. Graduation from an accredited practical nurse program. Additional Qualifications Successful completion of background checks including criminal record, driving record, and fingerprint check. Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance. Physical Requirements ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of forcefrequentlyto lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects. Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during workshift. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.
