Azure AI Engineer

DescriptionA technology-driven enterprise organization is seeking a senior Azure AI Engineer to design and implement production-grade AI applications within a Microsoft-centric environment. This is a hands-on development role focused on integrating large language models, Copilot agents, and enterprise data into scalable, secure systems.You will play a key role in building model-driven and agentic applications using Azure AI services, integrating AI into APIs and enterprise workflows, and developing RAG-based solutions grounded in internal SharePoint content.What You’ll Tackle• Design and deploy AI applications using Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI• Build and integrate Copilot Studio agents and enterprise AI workflows• Develop RAG pipelines with secure SharePoint grounding• Implement vector indexing and enterprise search solutions• Build APIs to embed AI capabilities into internal systems• Apply Responsible AI guardrails and compliance controls• Optimize performance, scalability, and model evaluation workflows• Document architecture, runbooks, and operational processesWhat You Bring• 3+ years building production AI solutions on Microsoft Azure• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI• Strong background in Copilot Studio and agent frameworks• Experience implementing RAG and vector-based search architectures• C++ and Python development expertise• Experience integrating with Microsoft Graph, Teams, or SharePoint• API development experience• Strong understanding of enterprise security and identity modelsNice to Have• Azure AI Search / Knowledge Mining• MLOps pipelines and CI/CD automation• LLM fine-tuning experience• Enterprise compliance experience
