New Grad Nurse Residency

Medical City Healthcare seeks compassionate New Grad Nurses to join our Nurse Residency, launching your professional practice in a leading healthcare system. This structured, full-time program combines classroom learning, simulation, and precepted clinical shifts to build strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient care skills. Residents deliver evidence-based care, document in EMRs, administer medications, and educate patients and families while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
