Accounts Receivable Specialist

Accounts Receivable Specialist Location: Phoenix, AZ Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for processing customer invoices, managing collections, applying payments, maintaining accurate customer accounts, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and process customer invoices. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances. Apply customer payments and reconcile account discrepancies. Maintain accurate customer records and account documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues. Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures. Provide excellent customer service while resolving payment inquiries. Qualifications 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience. Experience with accounting or ERP software. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
