INTERMEDIATE CLOUD ENGINEER

Job Type Full-time Description EOA Technologies is seeking an Intermediate Cloud Engineer on one of our subcontracts. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to support a U.S. Government customer. You will be responsible for: Design, migration, and operational support of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions. This position supports cross-functional teams by developing scalable and secure cloud systems aligned with organizational needs. Design and deploy moderately complex solutions in Azure (e.g., VNets, VPNs, Load Balancers, Azure AD, App Services). Implement and administer Microsoft 365 services including compliance features, collaboration tools, and identity integrations. Manage and support hybrid environments, including Azure AD Connect and Exchange Hybrid configurations. Lead smaller migration efforts such as mailbox moves to Exchange Online, legacy system to SharePoint Online, or application rehosting to Azure. Automate tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Microsoft Graph API. Monitor Azure and M365 environments, optimize resource usage, and remediate performance issues. Ensure data security, access control, and compliance across cloud environments. Collaborate with cybersecurity and network teams to ensure secure cloud deployments. Requirements To be considered for this position you must have the following: Possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance Certifications required: One (1) Cloud Certifications beyond fundamentals in representative cloud where work is performed (Azure or AWS) Educational requirements: Bachelors Degree Years of experience required: 3 - 7 years Employment decisions are based solely on qualifications, merit, and business needs - not on any protected characteristic.
