Executive Presentation Designer for Clear Exec Decks

Clearwater is hiring a Presentation Designer to support CEO, executive, client, and sales communications across the business.This role is responsible for turning complex, often unstructured content into clear, high-quality PowerPoint presentations. You will work directly with senior stakeholders to bring clarity, structure, and consistency to how we communicate across the business.This is a hands-on production role. The focus is speed, clarity, and execution.What You’ll DoTurn rough inputs (notes, emails, drafts, existing slides) into polished executive-ready presentationsStructure complex content into clear, logical flows with strong hierarchy and messagingSimplify complex topics (investment data, risk, product, workflows) into clean, digestible visualsImprove clarity and flow without changing core intentEnsure consistency across presentations in how Clearwater shows up in the marketBuild and maintain templates and reusable slide componentsSupport high-priority deliverables including board materials, client presentations, product launches, and sales narrativesOperate at speed across multiple workstreams with tight timelinesWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of presentation design and PowerPoint-heavy production experienceAdvanced PowerPoint skills (this role lives in PowerPoint)Strong storytelling instincts and ability to structure content clearlyExperience working with complex, data-heavy or B2B contentHigh attention to detail and visual hierarchyComfortable working directly with senior stakeholdersAbility to prioritize, simplify, and execute quickly #J-18808-Ljbffr Clearwater Analytics (CWAN)
