Direct Support Professional (DSP) Maxim Healthcare Services Location: York, PA Pay Rate: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Join Our Team as a Direct Support Professional! Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the York, PA area. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in helping individuals live safely, independently, and meaningfully within their communities.
