The role involves evaluating, developing, and implementing treatment plans to facilitate patient rehabilitation, with a focus on restoring physical function and promoting health. Job Details Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Required) Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Evaluation and treatment skills to provide appropriate Physical Therapy, professional initiative, objectivity, good time management, interpersonal skills, and physical, cognitive, and perceptual ability to treat patients and assist with mobility (Required proficiency) Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) (Required within 90 days) Licenses: Licensed Physical Therapist, Ohio and/or Multi State Compact license (Required) Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours shift, minimum 40 hours per week Responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, developing effective treatment plans, performing treatment techniques, educating patients and families, initiating discharge planning, and supporting department operations.
