As an Associate Contract Administrator, you will help ensure that commercial agreements are accurately drafted, documented, implemented, and administered throughout their lifecycle.

You'll work closely with Commercial, Accounting, Measurement, Legal, Operations, and external customers while developing specialized expertise in energy contract administration. This is a full-time, on-site position reporting to the Contract Administration Director. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Administer a portfolio of natural gas contracts covering high volumes of gas and significant business activity Draft contracts, amendments, notices, and other contractual correspondence. Maintain contract information within the Quorum Contract Management System. Prepare Accounting Briefs for new and amended agreements. Monitor contractual obligations, deadlines, notice requirements, and trigger events. Audit settlement statements to ensure compliance with contractual terms. Research and resolve contract-related issues through analysis and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain contract files and supporting documentation. Prepare reports and provide contractual information to support business needs. Support due diligence efforts, special projects, Contract Administration initiatives and other responsibilities as assigned. Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and SOX requirements.
