Project Coordinator

Kforce client is seeking a Project Coordinator in Anaheim, CA. Summary: The Project Coordinator plays a critical support role within a team structure, ensuring projects remain on track to meet all deadlines and Pathfinder milestones. This role is designed as a developmental position, with the goal of building comprehensive project management expertise and progressing toward full site ownership over time. While capable of executing most project management tasks, this position is not the primary contact for the client and will be accountable for tasks assigned. Responsibilities:

• Support the pod in meeting all project deadlines and Pathfinder milestones
• Perform city code checks for the Pod
• Provide timely, proactive assistance to pod team members as needed
• In designated cases, support up to 15 sites in a training capacity, with overall site accountability remaining with the Lead PM, Senior PM, or PM (as determined by pod lead and department heads)
• Monitor and maintain accurate project updates in Pathfinder, tracking upcoming due dates and identifying items requiring attention
• Use Pathfinder daily to manage project workflows and updates
• Utilize Excel files when necessary to support client communication
• Complete all administrative team tasks, including billing and any other operational or administrative duties for the pod
• Assist with submission requests and data uploads within Pathfinder
• Track and follow up on permit submissions and approvals as required
• Support vendor coordination efforts, including obtaining pricing and assisting with vendor negotiations as directed
• Manage -make and ship- projects by executing all operational tasks, while the Project Manager retains responsibility for client communication and customer service
• Actively complete training to progress toward ownership and responsibility, with the long-term goal of full site management capability
• High School diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort working within project management systems
• Ability to work collaboratively within a pod/team structure
• Strong follow-up skills and proactive communication style
