Warehouse Lead Essential Duties and Responsibilities 3rd shift 7:00pm-5:30pm Sun-Wed $19/hr + $1.50 shift differential Act as lead in specific department with ability to flex to other departments as needed Guide and train current and new employees on guidelines and new/updated procedures Promote a positive team-oriented environment and lead by example Help Oversee daily assigned area Enforce and maintain compliance and high quality standards with new and existing standards Qualifications Must Submit to a drug test and background check Able to read, write, and speak English Bilingual in Spanish is plus Strong problem- solving and motivational skills Hand on and solution-oriented with ability to multitask as well as lead in fast paced team environment. At least 1 year of expeirence in a quality, lead or training role Dependable and puntual with sharp attention to detail Physical Requirements Stand/walk for up to 8-10hours Regularly bend, lift, stretch and reach both below the waist and above the head Ability to use computer touch screens, scan guns and label printers Ability to use a pallet and jack/push and roll carts Malone is an EEO. 2000057 To Apply for this Job Click Here No tags.
