New York Labor Law Attorney – New York, NY A growing New York City litigation boutique is seeking a New York-licensed attorney with 2–8 years of experience to join its insurance defense and New York Labor Law practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with experience involving New York Labor Law §§ 200, 240, and 241(6), construction accidents, premises liability, general liability, or high-exposure personal injury litigation. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of litigation experience and an established insurance defense or Labor Law background. However, attorneys with 2–4 years of experience are strongly encouraged to apply if they have hands‑on experience attending hearings, conducting or defending depositions, drafting motions, and handling litigation files.
