This Jobot Job is hosted by: Nick Frei Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year About the Role We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our thriving team in the Engineering industry. This role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our growth and expansion across the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, fostering a positive environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the region. The ideal candidate is a leader who can inspire team members, establish a strong network of clients, and manage key accounts within the server power solutions sector. Foster a positive work environment and ensure customer satisfaction within the region. Inspire and lead team members; establish a strong network of clients; manage key accounts within the server power solutions sector. Qualifications Proven work experience of 5+ years as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, or similar senior sales role in the Engineering industry. Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs). Familiarity with CRM software. Understanding of store operations. Ability to lead and inspire a team with creativity and rigor. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude. Availability to travel as needed. BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field. Proven track record in sales environment within the server power solutions, high power supply, and OEM sectors. Strong networking skills and the ability to foster long-term relationships with clients. Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts. Proven ability to manage key accounts and understand market dynamics. Experience in the Data Centers, Telecommunication, Industrial Manufacturers, and VARs sectors will be highly advantageous.
