Summary of Job Description: The Talent Development Specialist delivers and supports training programs that strengthen skills and leadership capabilities across Operations and Support Center associates. This position enhances learning effectiveness through facilitation, coaching, and feedback while applying curriculum design knowledge to improve class content and learner engagement. The specialist also supports L&D projects that advance training processes and promotes continuous growth through ongoing professional development. Job Responsibilities:

- Facilitates GO, UOP, and special training programs, seminars, and conferences for Operations and Support Center associates using a variety of instructional techniques and formats to ensure the information is understood and absorbed by participants.
- Applies curriculum design knowledge to provide feedback and support in developing and improving training materials, delivery methods, and overall learner experience.
- Coaches participants using multi-layer probing techniques to identify root causes and guide them in discovering practical solutions to improve performance and accountability.
- Supports projects within the L&D team to improve training programs, processes, and team effectiveness.
- Stays current on learning trends and approaches by completing at least one continuous learning experience in the L&D field annually.

Your background and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in education, HR, or related field required.
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development and/or Operations, preferably in a retail/hospitality operations environment; formal training in facilitation skills from a reputable training organization.
- Bilingual Japanese or Korean preferred.
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
- Broad international travel. Office conditions;travel to store and/or Support Center environment to deliver training: up to 80%
