Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.25 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Tue 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Wed 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, delivery-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter. Monitor access to the location by observing employee, visitor, contractor, and driver activity in accordance with site procedures; help to deter unauthorized entry. Document patrols, incidents, irregular conditions, and security-related activities accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
