Ability to handle a high volume of calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns Solution driven and excellent customer service both internally and externally Team player and ability to adapt quickly to the needs of a busy call center What you will need to have to be a successful Call Center Customer Service Representative: Minimum High School Diploma/GED At least 1 year of customer service experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to work in a team environment 1st Shift Hours: 9:30AM to 05:00PM 2nd Shift Hours: 06:00PM to 11:00PM (Mon Thu), and 12:00PM to 6:00PM (Sat) *Opportunity for extra hours are Friday nights and Sunday day shifts!
