About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Enterprise Architecture & AI to be a key strategic technology leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, governing, and evolving the end-to-end enterprise architecture, with a specialized focus on AI, intelligent automation, and emerging agentic platforms. This executive will shape the multi-year architecture roadmap, ensure technology alignment with business strategy, and guide the adoption of modern architectures that drive scale, resilience, innovation, and operational efficiency. The role involves overseeing all architectural domains, including business, application, data, integration, and infrastructure, and requires a deep expertise in enterprise architecture domains, cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems. Applicants for the VP of Enterprise Architecture & AI role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in enterprise architecture, platform engineering, or large-scale systems design, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or technology executive position. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms, LLMs, agent frameworks, and automation technologies, and a strong understanding of cloud-native architectures. Responsibilities include partnering with senior leadership to ensure technology architecture supports business priorities, developing and maintaining the enterprise technology roadmap, and enabling cross-functional alignment with engineering, security, data, and product organizations. The role also involves championing innovation, driving architectural rigor in cloud adoption, and overseeing responsible AI practices. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's in engineering, computer science, or a related field preferred.
