We are looking for a motivated, relationship-focused professional to join our growing insurance agency as a Life Insurance Sales Team Member. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people protect their families, planning for the future, and building long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Do
·         Build relationships with new and existing customers
·         Conduct needs-based conversations focused on life insurance and financial protection
·         Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up with leads
·         Identify opportunities to help customers with additional insurance and financial products
·         Schedule and conduct policy reviews
·         Educate customers on coverage options in a simple, approachable way
·         Follow agency sales processes and customer service standards
·         Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up activity
·         Work closely with the team to help achieve agency goals

Preferred Qualifications
·         Prior sales experience preferred, but not required
·         Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain licensing
·         Experience with customer service, relationship management, or phone sales is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
·         Base salary plus commission/bonus opportunities
·         Paid training and licensing bonus up to $2,000 if obtained within 30 days.
