Insurance Customer Service Representative

Bilingual Insurance Customer Service - Polish State Farm Agency, located in Brooklyn, NY has an immediate opening for a part-time or full-time Bilingual (Polish/English) Customer Service - Team Member. Insurance experience is not required as we will provide training. Responsibilities Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
