Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Our office is located in Park Slope in Brooklyn. Our office is open 9am-5pm. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
