We are seeking a Marketing and Sales Assistant for a part-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Caguas, PR. This entry-level role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented candidate who enjoys working with data, supporting marketing initiatives, and assisting a collaborative Sales and Marketing team.

This position offers hands-on exposure to promotional marketing, corporate events, customer account review, and administrative support within a manufacturing environment. The team values reliability, accuracy, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Candidates who are self-motivated, comfortable using Excel, and able to work independently will have the opportunity to build practical experience while contributing to meaningful sales and marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the coordination and execution of corporate events, promotional activities, and marketing initiatives.
- Organize promotional materials, marketing assets, and inventory to ensure items are available and properly tracked.
- Review and validate approximately 7,000 unassigned customer accounts using internal sales tools.
- Identify active and inactive accounts, support account alignment, and assist with reassignment efforts.
- Help identify accounts with potential sales opportunities based on account review and data validation.
- Provide general administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team, including document review, email support, and task tracking.
