Pay: $24.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience, plus performance incentivesSchedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm | Seasonal Saturday hours 8:00am – 12:00pmTri-State Bobcat is a trusted provider of compact construction equipment, parts, and service. As we continue to grow our retail and consumer equipment business in Burnsville, we're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to take ownership of our retail showroom while driving sales of Toro and other outdoor power equipment.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, has a passion for outdoor power equipment, and wants to play a key role in growing a retail business. Beyond sales, you'll be responsible for creating an inviting showroom, maintaining an attractive merchandise presentation, and promoting our Toro product line through social media and local marketing efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary sales representative for Toro and other consumer outdoor power equipmentAssist walk-in, phone, and online customers with product selection, pricing, financing, and availabilityGuide customers through the sales process while building lasting relationships and earning repeat businessOwn the appearance and merchandising of the Toro showroom, ensuring displays are organized, fully stocked, and seasonally relevantCoordinate product placement, promotional displays, signage, and retail inventory presentationManage and grow the Burnsville location's Toro Facebook presence by creating engaging content highlighting inventory, promotions, customer deliveries, seasonal tips, and dealership eventsGenerate and follow up on sales leads, quotes, and customer inquiriesMaintain strong product knowledge across Toro and related equipment linesEducate customers on product features, operation, maintenance, and available accessoriesIdentify opportunities to upsell Tri-State Bobcat's full line of products and servicesCoordinate with the parts and service departments to ensure an outstanding customer experienceProcess sales transactions accurately, including financing and required documentationWhat We're Looking For2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in equipment, dealership, or outdoor power equipment salesExperience with Toro, STIHL, or similar outdoor power equipmentStrong customer service and relationship-building skillsComfortable working toward sales goals and closing salesMechanical aptitude and the ability to learn technical product informationComfortable creating content and managing business social media, particularly FacebookOrganized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple prioritiesExperience using computers, point-of-sale systems, or CRM softwareBenefitsHealth, Dental & Vision InsuranceCompany-paid Life & AD&D Insurance, plus supplemental options401(k) with company matchPTO begins accruing your first day, plus 7 paid holidaysEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Career advancement opportunities within a growing organizationIf you're passionate about outdoor power equipment, enjoy connecting with customers, and want to make a meaningful impact by growing our retail business, we'd love to hear from you.Tri-State Bobcat is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
