Senior Associate, Operations

Supporting the Chief of Staff and Chief Social Impact Officer in a full-time remote capacity, the Senior Associate, Operations will manage leadership priorities, coordinate operations across teams, and contribute to budgeting efforts while ensuring effective execution of organizational goals. Key responsibilities Support planning and coordination of leadership workflows, including managing calendars and preparing materials for meetings Assist in budgeting and expense tracking processes while monitoring priorities, risks, and dependencies across teams Facilitate coordination of Systems Change Team activities and contribute to improving team processes and workflows Required qualifications 3-5+ years of relevant work experience in operations, project management, nonprofit, or related fields Experience in supporting team or leadership operations, including meeting coordination and proactive calendar management Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Basic experience with budgeting, tracking, or operational processes preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools
