Strategic Partnerships Director

Responsibilities Build, implement, and own strategic plans for ERP partnerships and identify new market prospects Conduct business development outreach to prospective partners and track opportunities by impact Manage complex, long-term negotiations for multifaceted ERP partnerships, including financial term sheets and legal agreements Engage with C-level executives to align business drivers and growth goals Develop and manage high-impact accounting and ERP system relationships to maximize sales opportunities Partner with Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales teams to develop growth plans and GTM playbooks Requirements Experience building new strategic partnerships Strong enterprise sales, alliance management, and business acumen Proven ability to build relationships with C-suite decision makers Strong financial acumen with experience in complex financial modeling (net interchange, transaction fees, etc.) University Degree or equivalent experience Minimum 7+ years of relevant Sales experience 3+ years of partner/business development, enterprise sales, or program management experience Ability to communicate business and technical concepts clearly through presentations Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in business Benefits 18 days PTO and 11 Holidays 16 hours of paid Volunteer Time Off (VTO) per year Competitive Healthcare including $0 monthly premium options and 100% paid dental, life, and disability insurance 401(k) with company match 8 weeks 100% paid parental leave Tuition Reimbursement up to $5,250 Childcare assistance via WeeCare About the Company AvidXchange is a leading provider of accounts payable (AP) automation software and payment solutions for middle-market businesses and their suppliers. #J-18808-Ljbffr AvidXchange
