WHAT YOU'LL DO: This Sales Manager role is all about creating connections, generating leads, and closing deals for new electrical, heating, and air conditioning projects. You'll be responsible for researching potential clients and proactively contacting them to see if we're the right fit for their needs. We're looking for a charismatic person who can quickly build rapport with prospects and generate interest in our services. In addition to the sales responsibilities, you'll manage our team of electrical and HVAC technicians and will create a departmental budget to ensure we're meeting clients' needs while hitting profitability targets. You'll strive to meet established targets and follow the best practices to generate leads and bring more jobs to our books! WHAT WE'RE OFFERING: Our Sales Manager earns an experience-based salary of $65,000 - $125,000/year . We also provide a full-time benefits package that offers medical insurance, dental and vision options, life, disability, paid training, paid holidays, and vacation (PTO starts accruing after 90 days of employment). There are also opportunities to work overtime if desired. To become our Sales Manager, you'll need to be able to work a Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:30 pm schedule and meet the following requirements: 2+ years of sales experience Experience as an HVAC, electrical, or in-home sales representative High motivation to meet goals and exceed clients' expectations Exceptional leadership, management, and problem-solving skills A customer service mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills Efficient multitasking and time management skills Professional appearance and attitude Dependable, empathetic, and self-starter mentality ServiceTitan proficiency - a bonus! #J-18808-Ljbffr
