Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, Grand Rapids, MI

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for Rheumatology to drive demand generation and build relationships with healthcare professionals and specialty pharmacy providers across the Grand Rapids, Lansing, and Flint, Michigan markets. The role combines sales execution with strategic account planning to improve patient access and outcomes in autoimmune disease treatment.
Responsibilities
- Travel within assigned geography to engage key healthcare stakeholders and support business objectives
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans leveraging market insights to drive sales performance
- Build and maintain productive relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacy partners, and infusion providers
- Accurately document account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activity on time
- Apply data and market intelligence to inform decision-making and maximize business impact
Requirements
- 5+ years specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience with demonstrated Rheumatology background
- Proven high sales performance and consistent achievement of business objectives
- Experience developing and executing territory and account strategies
- Strong ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of market access dynamics, specialty pharmacy, and buy-and-bill environments
- Bachelor's degree required; product launch experience preferred
- Must reside within assigned market territory
