Learning and Development Manager

PacificSource is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to lead strategic learning initiatives across the organization. You will partner with managers and HR to identify development needs, design and deploy learning resources, and drive change adoption. The role requires coordinating onboarding, evaluating learning impact, and guiding teams through organizational change.
