This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the psychiatric unit, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and effective team coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing a psych unit within a hospital setting and demonstrate excellence in leadership, communication, and clinical decision‑making.
