Job Title – Warehouse Operator

Shift – 2ND Shift, Monday– Friday, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Location – Four Oaks, NC

Duration – 12 months

Pay Rate - $19.25/hr on W2

Job Summary:

Responsible for handling, moving, storing, and organizing materials, parts, and finished goods within a warehouse or manufacturing facility while maintaining safety, quality, inventory accuracy, and productivity standards.

Responsibilities:

• Move and handle materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors, hand trucks, and other authorized equipment.
• Receive, inspect, sort, label, pick, pack, and store materials according to established procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform basic computer data entry.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and performance targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and report damaged materials or unsafe conditions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors and complete assigned tasks on time.
• Participate in required training and obtain applicable equipment certifications.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year of warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or related experience.
• Basic English communication, reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and meet performance targets.
